Since its inception, the dynamic Hynes Institute for Entrepreneurship & Innovation has not only prepared students to see beyond the status quo and become agents of change, it has lived that objective by regularly growing its programs and enriching the student experience.
This fall, the Institute launched two new entrepreneurial majors: the BBA in Entrepreneurship and the BA in Entrepreneurial Leadership. These programs will give students the skills, experience and confidence to succeed as innovators whether they are looking to start their own business or contribute to an existing organization.
“Our new academic programs empower our students to develop an entrepreneurial mindset while building a strong foundation for successful careers in an increasingly fast-paced and uncertain world. We designed our interdisciplinary programs to give students the ability to pursue them as standalone degree programs or in conjunction with many other majors at the College’s School of Arts & Science and the LaPenta School of Business,” said Christoph Winkler, Ph.D., Hynes Endowed Professor of Entrepreneurship & Innovation; Founding Program Director, Hynes Institute for Entrepreneurship & Innovation.
